Coach Bramlett, our 2023 Region 4-7a Coach of the Year, is starting his 2nd year as Head Coach! Under the leadership of Coach Bramlett, OSHS has produced the first time ever, two-time, 6a Mr. Football at quarterback; 2 back to back undefeated seasons; crowned the Region 4 6A champions for 2021, 2022, & 2023. The Greyhound offense has been ranked top 5 in the state in total offense the last 4 seasons, averaging 43 points per game! The Greyhound Defense finished 3rd in the state in PPY & YPG. Coach Bramlett is entering his 11th year in coaching. He has coached at several MS Schools including Pass Christian High School as Offensive Coordinator and Strength and Conditioning Coordinator, Newton County High School as Offensive Coordinator and Strength and Conditioning Coordinator, Madison Central High School as Strength and Conditioning Coordinator, Clinton High School as Wide Receivers and Co-Offensive Coordinator, & at Petal High School as Wide Receivers Coach. Coach Bramlett attended the University of Arkansas at Monticello on an athletic scholarship and later earned his Bachelors from Mississippi State University. Coach Bramlett believes in coaching the whole athlete top to bottom of a roster. Everyone needs to be on the same page. He wants to instill leadership in all of his athletes along with the athletic skills to succeed. Coach Bramlett’s motto speaks volumes to the coach he is! #ALLiN
